SHIPPING AND RETURNS

We currently ship Ground, First Class, or Priority Mail through the United States Post Office, but we will ship Express Mail at your request. We have selected USPS as our mail provider for the following reasons:
  • Our analysis shows that USPS offers the cheapest shipping rates on typical packages we ship based on weight and size.
  • Your package is insured and tracked, so it is safe, and both you and Home Office will always know its location.
  • Saturday delivery and residential delivery are no extra charge.
Once your order is received at our headquarters, we ship within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Example: an order placed on a Thursday morning will be mailed either Thursday night or Friday, but an order placed on Friday, depending on the time it is ordered and our work load, may not be shipped until Monday.
We provide tracking numbers on all deliveries, making it convenient for you to monitor your shipments.  USPS will email you your tracking number as soon as your order ships out. If you do not receive a shipping notification, please contact us at 702-605-7585 for the status of your order, and, as always, please feel free to send us an email or give us a call if you have any questions.
USPS Ground
Delivery within the USA is typically 2-9 days, depending on your distance from Las Vegas, Nevada, the headquarters of Llynda More Boots.
USPS First Class
First Class costs considerably less, however, it is only available for packages that weigh less than 4 pounds shipped to Canada and less than 13 oz. shipped within the USA.
  • Shipping an item via First Class to Canada will typically take either the same amount of time as Priority Mail or 5 days more.
  • Shipping an item via First Class within the USA will typically take 2-3 business days.
  • The way First Class mail works is, your package is the last package to get shipped, so, if there is no room on the truck or plane that day, it will go through the same process for the next load. However, our First Class packages are not that big at about 12″ x 12″ x 6″, so they usually don’t get held back.
USPS Priority Mail
  • USPS Priority Mail, our preferred shipping method, typically takes between 2-3 business days after we have your items packed up and ready to go.
  • Canadian deliveries normally fall within a 6-10 day range when shipping USPS Priority, depending on the Canadian Postal Service and Customs.

If you are unsatisfied with any of your items, you can return them and you will receive an exchange or full refund as long as the product is returned and postmarked within 14 days of your original purchase and is in a completely unworn and undamaged condition. In order to return your merchandise, you must follow these directions:

1. Email us at Info@LlyndaMoreBoots.com to request an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization #). Put ‘RMA Request’ in the subject line.
2. We will issue you an RMA# and send you an RMA form to fill out and email back to us at Info@LlyndaMoreBoots.com

3. Once you have your RMA# and have emailed us the RMA form, you may return your items to:

*** Do not ship any items back to us without having been issued an RMA# and emailing the RMA form to us. Any packages delivered to our address without authorization will be ‘Returned to Sender’

Every BootTop™ is interchangeable with every heel style, so that you can mix and match to create hundreds of different looks to go with your outfits. We do recommend, however, that both heels match and both BootTops match, unless you’re ‘tres avant garde’. We don’t recommend wearing the five-inch spike heel on the left foot and the one-inch heel on the right unless you’re Lady Gaga!

Yes, but make sure you order a BootTop™ size that is large enough to fit over the material covering your legs.

The Llynda More Boots magnetic attachment system is not only uniquely designed to give you a beautiful, high quality product which is best achieved with two matching parts, it is what allows flexibility in styling while assuring the BootTop™ stays securely in place. That being said, if you want to give our BootTops a try with your favorite tennis shoes or work boots…who knows, you just might start a crazy new trend!

Cougars and foxes often wear them, and every chick should own them…but, no, there are no animal products used in the manufacturing.

Llynda More Boots has a devout commitment to the safety, love and respect for animals; therefore we do not and will not engage in the use of any animals in our products. Our materials are of the highest quality and they will have you guessing if they are genuine or faux leather, but be assured, they are man and woman made.

The advantages of faux leather over real leather are many: more water resistant, stain resistant, easier to clean, less expensive…and best of all, you can feel good about not contributing to the suffering of animals, as well as help save our beautiful earth’s resources.

Yes, but be careful wearing them on ice and in hurricanes and tornadoes. They are certainly water resistant, but as much as you’re going to love wearing them, we recommend removing them before you go diving into the pool.

First…pet them often and tell them how much you love them.  Then follow these instructions:

Cleaning Faux Leather:

Your beautiful new Llynda More footwear is made with high quality faux leather so that no animals are harmed in the manufacturing of our products. Our faux leather is very easy to clean and water resistant, yet still breathable!  Simply use a warm damp cloth, and if desired, a drop of mild detergent containing no bleach, to wipe away dirt and dust. Rinse with a soap-free damp cloth.  Any sticky residues that get on faux leather can be removed with a drop of ‘Goo Gone’ and a damp rag.

 

Handling With Care

To achieve the look and soft feel of fine genuine leather, our products are made with a high quality, yet delicate faux leather that does not appear as cheap, plastic-looking fake leather often used in the manufacturing of less expensive footwear. Therefore, walk in your LM boots with care and treat them as delicately as you would a $400 pair of fine leather boots or shoes. Remember, this is a fashion footwear product, not boots to shovel snow in or wear roughly. If you choose to wear your boots in harsh weather, we highly recommend using a ‘faux leather friendly’ protectant spray to shield them from damage.

 

Removing Scuffs and Polishing Your Boots

To cover any scuffs you may get on your boots from wear and tear, use a regular liquid or wax shoe polish that matches the color of your boots.

Great question! For our 2012-13 season, we chose a matte faux leather because of its remarkable resemblance to genuine leather. Experts with decades of experience have consistently mistaken our faux leather for real leather! However, if you’d like to add shine, we recommend a good quality liquid shoe polish…and shine on!

Nurturing your ‘inner soul’ is just as important as nurturing your insoles, so you might want to give them a few kind words of encouragement now and then…making you feel good inside and your insoles feel good about themselves.

Toss them into the washing machine or wash them by hand with warm soapy water and your soles will be born again!

Yes. Llynda More Boots are created with extra foot bed depth to accommodate thicker padding under your feet, so you can remove our insoles and replace them with your own orthotics. Always consult with your orthopedic physician, but we think the doctor will approve.

We use a specific type of permanent magnet called ‘earth magnets’. They are effective at holding the BootTops in place and are generally harmless. We are not aware of an instance where our magnets have damaged credit cards, cell phones or cameras, but hey, why take a chance? Store your credit cards, etc, in your bra or undies where they belong.

Llynda More Boots is not aware of an instance where our magnets have damaged pacemakers. Nonetheless, each consumer’s pacemaker, overall health condition and physician’s recommendation will not be the same. Thus, before purchasing Llynda More Boots, please consult with the manufacturer of your pacemaker, as well as your physician about the safety of our products in regards to your particular circumstances.
